RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you don't love your product, you may return most new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, with proof of purchase. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be new, unused, in good condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. When returning ceramics, kitchenware, resin, sculpture,  art, please carefully pack your item to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Additionally, all orders placed through International Checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Email at shoprainbowraysociety@gmail.com to receive an RMA number (We will provide a returns shipping address at this time)
Pack and securely seal the products you are returning—remember to include the packing slip provided in the box
You must write your RMA number on the outside of each package
Please be advised: We cannot receive or process returns without an RMA number
